He has spent his career helping travel companies solve the financial and operational challenges unique to the industry — and built Mace Group because he lived those challenges firsthand.

Dustin Nesbit
Lee brings 35+ years of aviation experience to Mace Group, from the cockpit to the boardroom he understands aviation and it's complex risks. He was an executive at the second largest aviation insurance company in the world as well as developed and led a corporate risk management department for $5B–$10B revenue airline. As an Airline Transport Rated Pilot with 4,000+ hours, CPCU designation, and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University graduate he is well versed in the risk and insurance space.
