Lee brings 35+ years of aviation experience to Mace Group, from the cockpit to the boardroom. A former executive at the second largest aviation underwriting company in the world, he has carried authority up to $750M and led corporate risk management for organizations in the $5B–$10B range. An Airline Transport Rated Pilot with 4,000+ hours, CPCU designation, and Embry-Riddle graduate, Lee is the reason Holdback Insurance is structured and backed the way it is.

Dustin brings 20 years of aviation industry experience to Mace Group, with deep expertise in payments, credit cards, fraud prevention, and chargeback management. He has spent his career helping travel companies solve the financial and operational challenges unique to the industry — and built Mace Group because he lived those challenges firsthand.
